What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients on a stepdown unit
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Participate in patient and family education to promote health and recovery
• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust care as needed
• Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records (Epic)
• Assist in maintaining clinical standards and ensuring compliance with facility policies

What You Need:

• Required:
  • Valid RN license in New Hampshire or ability to obtain
  • NH Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration (mandatory for consideration)
  • Minimum of 1 year of RN experience, preferably in stepdown or acute care units
  • Strong patient care skills and professionalism
• Preferred:
  • Experience working in adult-geriatric populations
  • Knowledge of Epic EMR system
