LNHA / Nursing Home Administrator Position Overview:
The Executive Director / Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for overall facility operations, including strategic planning, regulatory compliance, financial performance, staff leadership, and resident satisfaction.
LNHA / Nursing Home Administrator Position Key Responsibilities:
Direct and oversee all aspects of facility operations including clinical, financial, and administrative functions
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilities
Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
Manage staffing, budgeting, and operational efficiency
Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassionate resident-centered care
Implement company policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory standards
Drive census growth, customer satisfaction, and community engagement
Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to department heads and interdisciplinary teams
Licensure:
Current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in Missouri
Education:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (Healthcare Administration or related field preferred)
Master’s degree preferred
