Overview

We are an established growing service-based business looking for an Operations & Technology Manager to help strengthen systems, improve processes, implement technology, and support the next stage of growth.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys improving what already exists.

The foundation is in place. The right person will help refine, optimize, automate, and elevate operations across the organization.

You will work directly with leadership to improve efficiency, enhance workflows, and identify opportunities to leverage technology and AI to help the business operate more effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve existing workflows and operational processes
• Identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
• Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and best practices
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business
• Evaluate and implement AI and automation opportunities
• Improve system utilization and workflow efficiency
• Help integrate technology solutions that support business growth
• Research and recommend tools that improve productivity and scalability
• Lead operational and technology-related initiatives
• Coordinate projects across departments and stakeholders
• Ensure projects are completed on time and with a high level of execution

What We're Looking For

Required:
• 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, business operations, or a related field
• Experience improving existing systems and processes
• Strong organizational and execution skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Appreciation for technology and AI as tools for improving efficiency and scalability
• Demonstrated use of technology, automation, or AI tools in a professional environment

Preferred:
• Experience implementing operational improvements that produced measurable results
• Experience evaluating and improving workflows
• Experience working directly with business owners or leadership teams
• Experience in a growing business environment
