We offer a competitive compensation package and benefits designed to support your career and well-being: * Competitive hourly pay with weekly paychecks * RN: $50-$56/hour * LPN: $42-$46/hour * Health, Dental, Vision, HSA, and Life Insurance * Paid Time Off (PTO) * 401(k) Savings Plan * MaxCares Awards and Recognition Program * Supportive clinical team environment Responsibilities * Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care * Deliver skilled nursing services in accordance with physician orders and care plans * Initiate and update care plans in collaboration with physicians and care teams * Monitor and assess patient conditions, including physiological and psychosocial changes * Respond to changes appropriately, reporting to physicians or supervisors as needed * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring and documenting effectiveness * Collect, analyze, and interpret patient data to identify actual or potential nursing needs * Document care, observations, and patient progress accurately and timely * Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity and quality of care * Identify needs related to patient education, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning Qualifications * Active Massachusetts nursing license: * Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) * Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification * Current TB test, PPD, or chest X-ray (as required) * Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation) * Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience preferred Make a Difference Every Day At Maxim Healthcare, you are part of a team dedicated to improving patient outcomes and quality of life through compassionate, high-quality care.
