As an SLP, you'll collaborate with educators and families to help students communicate successfully and thrive academically. Working with a diverse caseload, you'll assess, diagnose, and deliver high-quality therapy tailored to each child's unique needs.

Qualifications:

• Master's in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
• Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assessments and provide direct therapy services for students with communication disorders
• Create individualized education plans (IEPs) while collaborating with educators and families
• Document progress and adjust interventions for maximum student success
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development
• Support students in reaching their academic, social, and functional goals
