Pediatrix is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neonatologist to join a long-standing, collegial neonatology team in Fort Wayne, Indiana?a thriving mid-sized city with easy access to Chicago, Indianapolis, and Detroit.

Neonatologist Details:

• Neonatology Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a highly desirable 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule?perfect for those neonatologists seeking balance without compromising on acuity or impact.
  • No required in-house call
• Neonatology Team-Based Care: Join a stable team of 4 full-time and 2 part-time neonatologists, partnering closely with a dedicated group of hospital-employed NNPs.
• Diverse Clinical Environment:
  • Primary coverage of a Level III NICU
  • Coverage of two level 2 NICUs
  • Pediatric surgeons available on-site and a highly skilled neonatal transport team
• Hospital Support: Practice in a setting where neonatologists are valued and supported by responsive and collaborative hospital leadership.
