Quick Facts: Location: 4488 Roslin Road, Newburgh, IN 47630 Start Date: 08/01/2026 Shift: 8-hour shifts, 14 days on / 14 days off, including weekend call (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday & Sunday) Hours/Week: Full-time Employment Type: Contract (W-2) Licenses/Certs: Indiana Medical License, Board Certified in Psychiatry Experience: Prior inpatient adult psychiatry experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (pay package discussed upon application) Benefits: Competitive pay package Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team committed to your success What You’ll Do: Provide psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for adult patients Participate in on-call weekend coverage during rotation Collaborate with inpatient team including Nurse Practitioners and support staff Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in the EMR system Support facility compliance with all regulatory standards Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on quality patient care What You Need: Valid Indiana Medical License and Board Certification in Psychiatry Minimum of 2 years inpatient adult psychiatry experience Ability to work a 14-day rotation with weekend call Excellent communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment: This position is at a 48-bed licensed facility specializing in general behavioral health issues for adults. The facility operates with a team of psychiatrists alternating 14-day rotations, supported by inpatient nurse practitioners. The location is suitable for local candidates or those willing to commute. The schedule demands flexibility for the on-call weekends, with a focus on delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a dynamic setting.
