Plumbing Engineer Application
The person in the Plumbing Engineer position should have a Mechanical or Architectural Engineering Degree or have 3-7+ years of experience designing mechanical and/or plumbing HVAC systems. This person will be responsible for designing mechanical and/or plumbing systems and for coordinating with other disciplines including electrical, architectural, and structural. Those successful in their role will have strong desire to learn and work as a team, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and high-quality drawing set organization within their assigned projects. A3 Engineering exclusively uses AutoDesk Revit and BIM 360 and applicants must be well versed in these platforms.
• Mechanical or Architectural Engineering Degree (or equivalent)
• 3-10 years of Plumbing HVAC Design Experience
• EIT or PE license preferred
• Excellent Knowledge and Proficiency of Revit / BIM360
• Proficiency of Trane 3DS software or Equivalent
• Strong Knowledge of Building, Mechanical, and Plumbing Codes
• Strong Knowledge of the Plan Review process
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• An Energetic Attitude
• A Desire for Growth as an Individual and Designer
