Location: Carrollton, TX
Contract Details
Temp-to-Hire Position
Starting Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
Training Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (schedule may be adjusted after training)
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced, hands-on Machine Technicians to support production operations in a manufacturing environment. This is a working technician role—not a supervisory position. The ideal candidate has experience troubleshooting and repairing production equipment while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Support production by minimizing equipment downtime.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and complete repairs efficiently.
Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams.
Required Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or production environment.
Experience supporting production equipment and machinery.
Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Nice-to-Have Experience
Experience in high-volume manufacturing or industrial production environments.
Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
Experience reading technical drawings or equipment manuals.
