Role Overview Responsible for ensuring reliability and safety of machinery and equipment through preventive maintenance. Performs scheduled maintenance tasks and supports development of maintenance processes. Works closely with Preventive Maintenance Supervisor and team members to complete work in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Applies basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and control systems to perform job duties safely and effectively. Key Responsibilities Comply with all company, federal, state, and local safety and health regulations. Complete preventive maintenance tasks and work orders as scheduled. Conduct daily visual inspections of machinery and report irregularities. Document maintenance activities, equipment performance, and work completed. Assist with small projects including installation and fabrication tasks. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment. Operate within the work order system to execute assigned tasks. Understand and apply basic electrical concepts including AC/DC systems, voltage, and current. Interpret mechanical drawings and understand mechanical and motion control principles. Diagnose and install basic mechanical components such as pumps, valves, and filters. Support team initiatives and contribute to a positive team environment. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities. Communicate effectively with team members and management. Requirements Associate's degree from a technical school or at least 3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and technical documents. Basic math skills including calculations with fractions, ratios, and percentages. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic computer skills including email, word processing, and spreadsheets. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in physically demanding environments. Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends as required. Why Should You Apply?
