Defense Litigation Law Firm seeks a Litigation Associate for their growing Atlanta, GA office, to represent national corporate clients and large self-insureds.

• This would be in office, as it is a leadership role with a lot of monetary upsides, to discuss in greater detail with candidate during phone call with managing attorney. 
• Minimum of 1 year of GA workers’ compensation experience.
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience in general liability, auto/trucking, premises liability, etc. (one or all of those areas).
• Trial experience is highly desired 
• Manage your own caseload from inception through resolution.
• Gain real, hands-on courtroom and trial experience.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft, file, and aggressively argue substantive motions.
• Experience representing individuals and businesses.

Position is "In-office", so you have active mentorship and strategic collaboration with Law Firm Partners.
