As we continue expanding our online presence, we're looking for an SEO & Content Marketing Specialist to drive organic growth across multiple digital properties.## The RoleWe're looking for a hands-on SEO & Content Marketing Specialist who enjoys building, creating, and improving websites that generate measurable business results.This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys researching keywords, creating content, optimizing websites, building backlinks, analyzing competitors, and testing new ideas. You'll work directly with leadership to execute SEO initiatives that increase rankings, traffic, and lead generation across multiple websites.If you're naturally curious, data-driven, and enjoy seeing the direct impact of your work, we'd love to hear from you.## What You'll Do### SEO & Organic Growth* Perform keyword research and competitor analysis* Optimize website content, landing pages, and internal linking* Identify and resolve technical SEO issues* Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and search performance* Optimize websites for Google Search and AI-powered search experiences### Content Marketing* Research, write, edit, and publish SEO-focused content* Update and improve existing articles and landing pages* Develop content ideas based on search demand and competitor research* Ensure content follows SEO and E-E-A-T best practices### Link Building & Digital PR* Execute ethical, white-hat link-building campaigns* Research outreach opportunities and build publisher relationships* Support digital PR initiatives* Analyze competitor backlink profiles### Analytics & Reporting* Monitor performance using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console* Track keyword rankings, traffic, and conversions* Provide reporting and actionable recommendations based on performance data### Video Content (Preferred)* Create or edit simple educational and marketing videos* Optimize YouTube videos for search* Repurpose written content into video and social media contentProfessional video production experience is not required, but familiarity with AI video generation tools or software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or Canva is a strong plus.## Qualifications### Required* 2–5 years of hands-on SEO experience* Experience with keyword research and competitor analysis* Strong understanding of on-page SEO and technical SEO fundamentals* Excellent writing and editing skills* Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Ability to manage multiple projects independently### Preferred* Link-building or digital PR experience* Video editing or multimedia content creation* Basic HTML and CSS knowledge* Local SEO experience* Familiarity with schema markup* Experience using AI tools to improve content creation and productivity* Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) experience## Preferred Tools### SEOAhrefsSEMrushScreaming FrogGoogle Search ConsoleGoogle Analytics 4Google Tag Manager### ContentWordPressGoogle WorkspaceChatGPTClaudeGemini### CreativeCanvaAdobe PremiereCapCutDaVinci ResolveAdobe Photoshop### ReportingLooker StudioGoogle SheetsMicrosoft Excel## What Success Looks LikeWithin your first year, you'll help:* Increase qualified organic traffic across multiple websites* Improve keyword rankings for priority search terms* Publish high-quality, SEO-focused content* Build authoritative backlinks through outreach and digital PR* Increase visibility in Google Search and AI-powered search experiences* Drive measurable growth in leads and conversions## What We're Looking ForWe're looking for a builder, not a coordinator.
