YES! Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing & Electric is seeking an energetic In-Store Lead Generator to represent our residential home services inside partner retail locations across Las Vegas. In this role, you’ll proactively engage shoppers, start friendly conversations about their home comfort and repair needs, and educate them on our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions. You’ll qualify prospects, capture accurate contact information, and schedule in-home appointments for our sales and service teams. Success in this position comes from your confidence approaching people, clear communication, and consistency in meeting daily and weekly lead goals. You’ll receive training on our services, promotions, and customer-first approach, plus ongoing coaching to sharpen your skills.
