About the Job Mars Men is one of the fastest growing DTC brands in the US, achieving $100M run rate in less then 18 months. Recently backed by L Catterton, Mars Men is positioned to become the leading men's health brand in the supplement space. We operate across DTC, retail, and emerging channels, and are entering our next phase of growth as we continue scaling the business. As our Brand Designer, Social, you'll translate major brand campaigns into a consistent stream of elevated, platform-native content. You'll combine strong design capabilities with social expertise to extend the life of every production, increase creative output, and ensure Mars Men shows up cohesively across digital channels. What You'll Do Own the day-to-day management of Mars Men's organic social channels, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, stories, platform uploads, quality control, and maintaining an organized content calendar Design and edit platform-native content, including carousels, graphics, short-form videos, campaign cutdowns, stories, and behind-the-scenes content that reflects a high level of creative taste Package brand campaigns, partnerships, launches, and product moments into cohesive social rollouts, adapting larger creative concepts into the formats needed for each platform Maximize the output of every production by identifying opportunities to repurpose footage, photography, interviews, and existing assets into additional content without sacrificing quality Manage community engagement and channel performance, including monitoring comments and messages, participating in relevant conversations, tracking results, and applying insights to future content Must Have Requirements 3 to 4 years of experience in social content, brand design, digital design, social media management, or a similar creative role for a consumer brand or agency A strong portfolio demonstrating elevated graphic design, campaign extensions, social-first content, and short-form video or motion editing Hands-on experience managing organic social channels, including content calendars, publishing, stories, community engagement, and platform-specific optimization Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, with experience using tools such as Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar design and editing platforms Strong creative taste and an understanding of how to translate a cohesive brand identity into consistent, engaging content across digital platforms Life at Mars Men Competitive Compensation: We offer a strong salary and benefits package, tailored to attract top talent Remote Work Environment: Our team is remote, offering full flexibility to work from home Autonomy & Ownership: You'll have the freedom to run your own systems and make real impact Time Off: 15 PTO days per year, prorated, 9 company holidays, plus your birthday off Parental Leave: Generous paid parental leave for growing families Health Benefits: 100% premium coverage for health, dental, and vision plans, with 25% coverage for dependents 401(k): Company-sponsored plan with a 2% match through Guideline, with elective participation $200 Annual Superpower Membership Growth & Development: We invest in your professional development with ongoing learning opportunities We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
