Daily management and scheduling of the Pharmacy Technicians2. Help to establish, coordinate, and maintain daily work functions3. Oversee job performance of technical personnel in accordance with established standards4. Assures the competency of technical staff, when needed assist in performance improvement5. Aid in the screening, selection, hiring, and orientation process for new staff6. Provide ongoing staff support and development for the departmentEducation:High School Diploma or equivalentProfessional Experience:3 years Pharmacy Technician experience, 1 of which in a supervisory capacityRegistered Pharmacy Technician with the State Board of PharmacyPTCB license, a plusKnowledge of brand name/generic drug namesKnowledge of SIG codesStrong knowledge of Pharmacy OperationsPartners Pharmacy - Our mission is to define excellence within the health care community.
