Litigation Paralegal

Peiffer Wolf Carr Kane Conway & Wise is a national litigation law firm that represents individuals and entities who have been the victims of fraud, negligence, or the misconduct of powerful interests. We have successfully represented tens of thousands of clients throughout the United States in multi-state and multi-district mass-tort, class-action, and individual lawsuits. We are seeking a paralegal to join the Institutional Sex Assault practice area in our San Francisco office. The ideal candidate holds a Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program, has at least 2 years of relevant experience, and is confident managing a busy caseload in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy, and who brings a high level of professionalism and empathy to client interactions. What your average day will look like: Communicate with potential and current clients to collect and update case information Collaborate closely with attorneys and fellow paralegals on litigation strategy and case progress Manage and organize large volumes of case-related documents Draft, proofread, and finalize legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence Handle docketing, calendaring, and deadline tracking Filing pleadings in both state and federal court Assist with trial preparation Maintain accurate records in legal case management software What skills are we looking for? Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate’s experience and qualifications. This is a hybrid position; candidates should expect to be on-site at least 2 days per week.
