Accounts Payable Specialist

Location:  Glen Allen, VA
Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Adecco is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist for a growing accounting team in Glen Allen, VA. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and experience processing invoices in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile vendor invoices
• Manage the accounts payable cycle from receipt to payment
• Maintain vendor records and resolve payment discrepancies
• Support month-end closing activities and account reconciliations
• Respond to vendor and internal payment inquiries
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience
• Experience with high-volume invoice processing
• Knowledge of ERP/accounting systems
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
