What You'll Do
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately
- Pack and label shipments for delivery
- Verify product quality and order accuracy before shipment
- Use inventory and warehouse tracking systems
- Restock materials and assist with inventory counts
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company standards
- Previous warehouse, order picking, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience preferred (not required)
- Experience with inventory systems or warehouse scanners is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
