Color Graphics is a Native- and woman-owned family business that’s been helping brands stand out since 1984. We create custom apparel, promotional products, gift kits, and online company stores, with screen printing, embroidery, and fulfillment right here in-house.

\n

There’s something pretty satisfying about seeing an idea turn into a finished product—and knowing you helped bring it to life.

Where you come in

\n

You’ll be the person clients call when they have an idea, need some inspiration, or say, “We have an event coming up, and we have no idea what to order.”

\n

You’ll ask questions, get to know their business, and help them find products that fit their style, budget, and deadline. Along the way, you’ll build relationships, grow your accounts, and keep projects moving from the first conversation to the final delivery.

Some days call for brainstorming. Some call for spreadsheets. You’re comfortable with both.

What your days might look like

• Get to know your people. Take care of existing clients, follow up with incoming leads, and reach out to businesses you’d love to work with.
\n
• Find the good stuff. Explore new products, compare samples, and put together ideas that make a client say, “Yes—that’s exactly what we were looking for.”
\n
• Turn ideas into orders. Build presentations and quotes, explain the options, and help clients feel confident about their choices.
\n
• Keep the details together. Track budgets, artwork approvals, order information, and deadlines. Stay connected with our customer service, production, and finance teams so everyone has what they need.
\n
• Keep the conversation going. Check in, follow up on quotes, suggest something new, and remember that next event before the client has to remind you.
\n
• Grow your business. Work toward sales and profitability goals by earning trust, bringing useful ideas, and giving clients reasons to come back.
\n
• Stay curious. Meet with suppliers, learn how products are made and decorated, and keep your client notes and next steps organized in our sales software.
\n

And when something doesn’t go according to plan? You communicate, get resourceful, and help find a solution.

Two or more years in promotional products is a plus. A bachelor’s degree is welcome, but not required. Tell us about the experience you bring and what makes you good with customers—we’d like to hear it.
