Required Skills & Experience

5-10 years of software development experience, preferably 7-8 years.\nStrong hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using Python as a primary programming language.\nExperience designing, developing, testing, and supporting production-grade applications.\nExperience with modern Python versions (Python 3.x).\nStrong experience building REST APIs and backend services.\nExperience working with event-driven architectures and distributed systems.\nHands-on experience with Kafka and event-based processing.\nStrong SQL skills with experience querying and analyzing large datasets.\nExperience with enterprise integrations and service-oriented architectures.\nAbility to participate in architecture discussions, solution design, and technical decision-making.\nExperience conducting code reviews and mentoring team members.\nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
