Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of three years critical care experience preferred. License: Active RN license in hand at the time of submission; no exceptions. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale Must-Have: Strong neuro critical care experience. Proficiency in ventilator management, IV drip titration, and telemetry monitoring. Ability to recognize and manage dysrhythmias and provide emergency response in critical care settings. Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in critical care nursing. Strong neuro experience is required, particularly with post-neurosurgical and stroke patients. Candidates must be comfortable with ventilators and IV drip titration. The ability to monitor telemetry and recognize dysrhythmias is essential. Emergency management skills are a prerequisite for this role. Flexibility to float to stepdown units and other departments as needed is mandatory. The position will require availability for every other weekend and holidays. Local candidates within a certain radius will not be considered for this position. Candidates will undergo a thorough compliance review, including license and background checks.
