Correctional Case Records Analyst Job Code #: JC-516431 | Position #: 061-008-1152-XXX | Working Title: Correctional Case Records Analyst (CCRA) | Classification: CORRECTIONAL CASE RECORDS ANALYST Salary: A: $4,176.00 - $5,231.00 | B: $4,523.00 - $5,659.00 | C: $5,420.00 - $6,790.00 Type: 12‑Month Limited Term – Full Time (may be extended up to 24 months or become permanent) | Location: San Bernardino County | Telework: Hybrid (requires in‑office presence as needed) Working Conditions These positions are located in San Bernardino County and are eligible for hybrid telework in accordance with the Statewide Telework Policy. The successful candidate must reside in California upon appointment. Minimum Requirements Meet the minimum qualifications for the CORRECTIONAL CASE RECORDS ANALYST classification as stated in the Class Specification. Possess the required education, experience, and documentation; unofficial transcripts or diploma may be submitted for verification. Comply with all background investigation, Live Scan Fingerprinting, and Tuberculosis testing/verification requirements. Desirable Qualifications Knowledge of sentencing laws, familiarity with Title 15, Penal Code, and Department of Management (DOM). Ability to interpret legal documents (AOJ and court documents), demonstrate analytical and problem‑solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, perform mathematical computations, apply laws, rules, and regulations, and follow instructions.
