Remote Senior Accountant

To support a growing portfolio of clients, the full-time Remote Senior Accountant will manage complex accrual-based accounting tasks, ensure timely month-end close processes, and provide high-level client management while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Own and execute accurate month-end close and financial reporting while managing client engagements within defined budgets Lead client meetings, providing exceptional customer service and financial insights, while maintaining ownership of the Client Procedure Manual Oversee advanced accounting areas, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and tax filings, ensuring compliance and accuracy Required qualifications: 5+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience and 2+ years using QuickBooks and/or NetSuite Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, including financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory tax requirements Experience managing client transitions from implementation to ongoing service delivery Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with third-party applications like Bill.com and Jirav A 2-year associate's degree in an accounting-related field or relevant certifications such as AIPB are preferred but not required Virtual Vocations Inc
