Als Automation Engineer / Internal Services Engineer entwickelst du interne Tools, Automatisierungen und Prozesse, die unser gesamtes Team schneller und effizienter machen. Du baust die Infrastruktur hinter unseren Operations – von AI-gestützten Workflows bis hin zu internen Plattformen, die täglich von Support, Sales, CS und Ops genutzt werden.
Du bist kein Tooling-Admin. Du bist Software Engineer mit dem Mindset, dass jede repetitive Aufgabe ein Bug ist, den du fixen kannst.

Deine Aufgaben

Entwicklung interner Tools und Services mit n8n , HubSpot und eigenen Services in Code
Automatisierung manueller Prozesse mit AI , APIs und modernen SaaS-Tools
Aufbau interner Plattformen für Support, Operations, Sales und Customer Success
Analyse interner Abläufe und Identifikation von Bottlenecks & Automatisierungspotenzial
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Teams, um repetitive Arbeit zu eliminieren
Eigene Agents bauen und für den DACH-Kontext optimieren

Das bringst du mit

Software-Engineering-Background: du schreibst Code, liest APIs, verstehst Datenmodelle und debuggst Probleme
Viel Erfahrung mit n8n und anderen Automatisierungstools – du weißt, wann n8n die richtige Wahl ist und wann du besser einen kleinen Service in Code schreibst
Erfahrung mit APIs , Integrationen und Workflow-Automatisierung
Starkes Verständnis für pragmatische Softwareentwicklung & schnelle Iteration
AI-first : Claude Code, Cursor, Agents, LLM-APIs sind Teil deines Toolkits – oder du brennst darauf, es so zu machen
Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Hands-on Mentalität
Extremes Growth Mindset
Deutsch als Muttersprache (DACH Fokus – du wirst hier auch eigene Agents optimieren) + gutes Englisch
