Facility Details Facility: GSS MN Preston Hm Care Location: Preston, MN Address: 200 St Paul St SW, Preston, MN 55965, USA Job Details Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 40.00 Salary Range: $22.50 - $36.00 Job Summary Assist patients/residents/clients with therapy activities and exercises under the supervision of an occupational therapist, aiming to improve their quality of life and ability to perform daily activities. Responsibilities include providing, monitoring, and documenting therapy services, selecting and modifying therapeutic activities, and communicating with occupational therapists about patient responses and outcomes. Work may focus on post-acute, long-term care, or home health environments.
