Audit inpatient DRG, outpatient, and professional fee coding for VA facilities. Build statistical samples, classify errors, and draft facility reports. Lead training sessions and exit conferences with HIM leadership. Required qualifications: Active RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P, CPC, or CPC-H credential. 3+ years consulting, coding, and training experience. Expertise in ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS, DRG, APC, and NCCI edits. About Aptive: Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business JV. Supports VHA facilities with integrated critical staffing.
