M&A Integration Project Manager

To support successful acquisitions, the full-time remote M&A Integration Project Manager will lead enterprise-level initiatives from diligence through post-close integration, influencing stakeholders and driving complex integrations across cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end M&A integration project plans, managing milestones, timelines, and deliverables Drive execution across distributed teams, ensuring accountability and progress against critical milestones Proactively identify risks and issues, escalating with recommendations to keep integrations on track Required qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business discipline PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred 10+ years of experience in a professional services firm, including 5+ years leading complex M&A integrations Strong project management expertise, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms
