We are seeking an Experienced Residential and Commercial Service Plumber to join our team! Experience in running a truck for servicing residential and commercial buildings is required. An ideal candidate will live within a 45-minute commute to Tyrone, GA.

Full Time: Regular hours Monday thru Friday7:30am to 5pm. Service plumbers should be available for the weekend, after-hours, and holiday on-call schedule (with flat-rate on-call pay on top of any hours worked), shared across the service department.

Wages will be based on each candidate's experience and qualifications, minimum $25 per hour. Weekly pay periods.

We do not pay by commission, set sales quotas, or expect any upselling from our technicians. We pride ourselves on providing honest recommendations and advice that our customers know they can trust.

The company will supply trucks, power tools, fuel cards, and equipment/machinery. Just bring your tool bag and knowledge!

Responsibilities:

• Complete service calls for our residential and commercial customers
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues
• Install and repair faucets, sinks, showers, sump pumps, toilets, tankless water heaters, and outdoor plumbing
• Install dishwashers, garbage disposals, water heaters, and water filtrations systems
• Pipe insulation, pipe replacement, repiping, burst pipe emergency repair, and leak detection
• Backflow testing, clogged drain cleaning, sewer line maintenance
• Maintain our positive customer service reputation
• Effectively communicate the issue(s) and solution(s) to customers
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures and meet OSHA standards

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in service plumbing required, 4 years minimum
• Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive and friendly demeanor with clients, staff, and vendors
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation required
• Located in or willing to relocate to the southwest Metro Atlanta area
