Respiratory Therapist - 12hr Days, 13-week Contract

This position offers a 12-hour day shift from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM with every other weekend required.

Job Description

The Respiratory Therapist will provide comprehensive respiratory care and diagnostic services to patients. This includes evaluating patient conditions, administering treatments, and monitoring patient health outcomes in accordance with established protocols and standards.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and evaluating patient respiratory conditions.
• Administering oxygen therapy and other respiratory treatments.
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress and responses to treatment.
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Providing education to patients and families regarding respiratory health and treatments.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Respiratory Therapy license.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
