Length of Assignment: 12+ months – possibility to extend based on performance/position need

Pay range: $25.00 - 29.93/hr on w2 (all inclusive)

What schedule is the candidate required to work: The candidate will work a 12-hour night shift schedule 7 PM to 7 AM.
Schedule will rotate as follows: Work Mon & Tues / off Wed and Thurs / Work Fri, Sat, & Sun / Off Mon & Tues / Work Wed & Thurs / Off Fri, Sat, & Sun.... then repeat cycle)

Top 3 Required Skills
1) Prior experience in a role as a corporate security operations center (SOC or PSOC) as a corporate security analyst
2) Minimum of 2+ years in a hands on role monitoring and responding to a security events
3) Minimum of 2+ years experience and knowledge using security concepts and sophisticated security technologies to support a security operations center

What soft skill requirements do you have (team fit and personality requirements)?
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams

Nice to Have Skills:
• Be able to multi-task between various alarm systems, video management systems, and handle incoming phone calls.

High Level Project Overview:
The idea candidate for this role has general knowledge of security in a public-safety emergency center, government fusion center, or in an investigative or analytical role in law enforcement, corporate security, regulatory, fusion center, or other investigative agency or organization.
• General knowledge and understanding of security concepts, and sophisticated security technologies, to support a fusion center operation.
• Consistent demonstration of strong, critical thinking and decision-making skills, applied in a security environment.
• Ability to monitor and respond to security events. Ability to provide in-depth, security expertise.
• Ability to assess security incidents and to take appropriate action.
• Ability to manage the flow of sensitive information.
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple work processes. Ability to provide leadership in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently and to achieve results with little supervision.
• Ability to obtain government-issued, security clearance, as required.

Required Years of Experience:
• Minimum of 2+ years directly related experience in a Corporate Security Operations Center (SOC or PSOC)

Education:
• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalency
