Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) – Nights

Contract | Full-Time | Night Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as part of a float pool team, rotating across multiple Adult Health units including Observation, Med/Surg, and PCU units
• Deliver progressive care nursing services to patients with varying acuity levels across two hospital campuses
• Adapt to unit assignments as needed, including occasional coverage in the ED or PACU for Adult Health patients awaiting inpatient bed placement
• Complete all required facility learning modules prior to and during assignment
• Maintain compliance with all facility background check standards and credentialing requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona (verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions)
• Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Valid driver's license for residency verification
• PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Experience working across multiple unit types including Observation, Med/Surg, and PCU
• Flexibility with shifts, locations, and departments is highly advantageous
