Urology Opportunity At AdventHealth Lake Nona

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking two General Urologists to join our Urology team at our new hospital in Lake Nona, set to open in 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing healthcare system and collaborative team that will consist of three urologists with APP support. The position offers the chance to help build a dynamic urology practice from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive general urological care to a diverse patient population
• Participate in rotating call coverage with practice colleagues at AdventHealth Lake Nona
• Collaborate with hospital staff and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
• Help establish a robust urology service at a new facility

Qualifications:

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills • Active FL license and DEA, or ability to obtain • Strong commitment to patient-centered care • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus • Ability to work effectively in a new, team-orientated environment AdventHealth Orlando is an internationally renowned, hospital that specializes in life-saving medical treatments, preventative care and pioneering research.
