About Böhme:

Böhme is looking for a motivated, fashion-forward Assistant Store Manager to help lead our high-volume Fashion Place location. As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach and develop the team, create an exceptional guest experience, and maintain the highest visual and operational standards. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is passionate about fashion and customer service.


Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor by providing exceptional customer service and coaching the team.
• Support daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and merchandising.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members while fostering a positive culture.
• Help drive sales, achieve payroll goals, and maintain operational excellence.
• Ensure the store is visually inspiring and aligned with Böhme standards.
• Step into the Store Manager role when needed and support company initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail leadership or management experience.
• Passion for fashion, styling, and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
• Organized, dependable, and results-driven.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in business or retail is a plus).
