About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Business Operations within its Specialty Distribution division. This executive leadership role is pivotal in driving the strategic and operational functions that underpin business performance, scalable growth, and customer excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad portfolio of business operations capabilities, including pricing administration, data governance, contract administration, customer onboarding, business analytics, and operational governance. Key responsibilities include establishing and overseeing business operating frameworks, leading enterprise-level initiatives for process optimization, and ensuring the integrity of critical data that supports business performance and growth. The role demands an enterprise-minded leader with a strong background in healthcare distribution, particularly in highly regulated environments, and a proven track record in leading large-scale operational and business transformation initiatives. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, distribution, operations, business management, or related industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pricing administration, master data management, and data governance within a complex operational environment. Key qualifications include experience in leading cross-functional organizations, influencing executive stakeholders, and a strong understanding of the systems and data structures supporting specialty pharmaceutical distribution.
