What You’ll DoAs the Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our store. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Store Manager in overseeing store operations and ensuring everything runs efficiently.
- Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Assisting with scheduling and staff training to ensure optimal performance.
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- 3 years of experience in a similar role or in a leadership position within a retail or service environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- A commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
