Associate Director Global Oncology Marketing - ADCs (Cervical cancer and GEAC)

Merck seeks an Associate Director of Global Oncology Marketing to lead commercial strategy and execution for antibody drug conjugate launches in cervical cancer and gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma. The role involves developing launch strategies, generating market insights, managing agency partners, and collaborating across global regions and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and align commercial strategies with internal governance and cross-functional partners for wave-1 launches
- Generate market and customer insights through quantitative and qualitative research to inform portfolio strategy
- Create launch and commercialization strategies, execution plans, and marketing materials globally
- Manage agency partners to deliver promotional resources and ensure compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with regions, launch planners, and cross-divisional teams to support launch readiness and execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical or commercial experience
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement business strategy
- Capacity to work with complex scientific and clinical data
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to influence without formal authority in cross-functional settings
