As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Access in Binghamton NY you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer at a healthcare location you will be the welcoming presence for patients visitors and staff while supporting a secure environment. You will manage access monitor activity respond to security-related concerns and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors employees and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures policies and appropriate emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
• Staff the front desk and greet visitors verify identification and appointments as required manage visitor access and provide directions or assistance.
• Monitor entry activity access control systems alarms cameras and communications equipment reporting unusual activity or concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents medical emergencies and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs incident reports and other required documentation while handling confidential information professionally.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
