Seasoning Machine Operator-Day Shift

We've recently expanded our Kings Mountain, NC facility and are looking to grow our team! As a Seasoning Machine Operator for 1st Shift (Monday-Thursday 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM), you will help ensure our products are seasoned to perfection while working in a modern, fast‑paced environment. If you’re looking to be part of a growing company with great opportunities, apply now! Responsibilities Operate and adjust seasoning equipment to meet product specifications. Ensure product quality by monitoring seasoning and troubleshooting equipment. Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and assist with repairs to keep production moving smoothly. Handle sensitive seasoning products (including allergens) carefully and follow all safety protocols to maintain a zero‑accident culture. Assist with production schedules, communicate with team members, and ensure smooth operations. Fill in for other operators when necessary and assist with training new team members as needed. Ensure that all areas and equipment are cleaned and sanitized according to company standards and procedures. Suggest improvements for processes and production efficiency. Requirements Experience operating machinery, performing equipment maintenance, and using general mechanical tools (e.g., Allen wrenches, screwdrivers). Familiarity with food safety protocols and lock‑out/tag‑out procedures. Ability to carefully monitor and inspect equipment and production to meet quality standards. Able to handle several tasks simultaneously while staying efficient and focused. Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. as part of regular duties. Strong verbal and written communication skills to keep the team well‑informed and operations running smoothly. Quick thinker who can respond to changes and resolve issues as they arise.
