Daytime RN Triage Navigator - Hospice Care & EMR

Capital Caring Health in Lanham, MD seeks an RN Daytime Triage Runner to triage calls, support patients and families, and document in the EMR. You will collaborate with care teams to coordinate in-person visits and ensure compassionate, timely nursing interventions. The role requires at least 1 year of nursing experience, an active RN license (multi-state preferred), and BLS certification. Entry of accurate data and strong communication are essential, with a daytime Mon-Fri schedule and #J-18808-Ljbffr Chapters Health System
