Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tax Associate located at the New York, NY office.
- The Tax Associate will be responsible for handling tax compliance, preparing tax filings, researching tax-related issues, and advising clients on U.S. and international tax law matters.
- The role includes collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams and providing strategic tax solutions to personal and corporate clients while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Proficiency in Tax Compliance and Tax Preparation
- Strong understanding of Tax, Tax Law, and related regulations
- Knowledge of Finance principles relevant to taxation
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- J.D. or LL.M. with a focus on Taxation; CPA certification is a plus
- Experience in international and U.S. tax matters is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
