Dog Daycare Technician

Job Overview Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services, is looking for an energetic, organized, and business‑mindful individual to assist in all areas of Dogtopia as a Rover. This role will be cross‑trained as a Canine Coach and Front Desk Coordinator. Responsibilities Support playroom staff with day‑to‑day tasks. Properly use crate time and cleaning protocols. Perform meal prep with little or no guidance. Store daycare and boarding belongings properly with correct labels. Coach others with positive feedback and hold them accountable. Maintain a clean and safe environment: clean playrooms, mop, sweep, manage trash and water refills. Assist with health and grooming tasks such as bathing and nail clipping when needed. Identify dog breeds and behaviors and work with the team to ensure quality of care. Provide customer service: work respectfully and professionally, be knowledgeable on pricing and services, and strive for high customer review ratings. Benefits Bring your dog to work days.
