Job Title: Organizational Change Manager Location: 100% onsite in Brownsville, WI
Duration: 6+ Months MARS Solutions Group is looking for an experienced Organizational Change Manager in Brownsville, WI. Our client is a renowned Energy Industry looking for high-quality talent to make a difference. They are known to respect a traditional work week and often extend contracts for added job security and stability Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Organizational Change Manager to establish and lead a robust change management framework from the ground up.
With our current framework in its early stages, you will design, implement, and scale change initiatives to support large to extra-large (L to XL) programs across the organization.
This role is pivotal in driving successful adoption, minimizing resistance, and ensuring business transformation aligns with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and build a comprehensive change management framework, including methodologies, tools, templates, and governance structures tailored to L-XL scale programs.
Lead change planning, assessment, and execution for major initiatives, using models like ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter's 8-Step Process.
Conduct stakeholder analysis, create communication strategies, and deliver training programs to foster buy-in and capability building.
Partner with PMO, program leads, and leadership to integrate change management into project lifecycles from initiation through sustainment.
Measure change impact through metrics (e.g., adoption rates, employee feedback) and adjust strategies for optimal outcomes.
Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and resistance management to support teams during transitions.
Scale frameworks to handle enterprise-wide programs, ensuring consistency and adaptability.
Continuously improve processes based on lessons learned and industry best practices. Required Qualifications:
5+ years in organizational change management, with proven experience building frameworks from minimal foundations.
Demonstrated success managing change for large-scale (L-XL) programs in dynamic environments.
Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, ACMP).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, HR, or related field.
Strong facilitation, communication, and analytical skills. Preferred Skills:
Experience in PMO-aligned environments or with tools like Monday.com, SharePoint for change tracking.
Knowledge of scaling change for digital transformations, mergers, or process overhauls.
