Position with Ice Age Management, Inc., a franchise of McDonald’s. Franchisee is the employer.
Description
- Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create actionable plans to achieve them.
- Lead a team of Department Managers, set their goals, track progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve department performance.
- Recruit, hire, and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure a strong, future-ready team.
Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations.
- Background in quick‑service restaurants strongly desired.
- Open availability and reliable transportation required.
