What You'll Do

You'll begin by learning the business in the field while developing the skills needed to move into leadership.

Leadership Responsibilities:

• Lead from the front by generating business and setting the pace in the field
• Oversee roofing and restoration projects while ensuring strong customer experience and production quality
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and developing new sales representatives
• Coach and mentor team members through ride-alongs, field training, and daily support
• Help drive team performance, accountability, and morale in the market
• Train directly with experienced sales leaders in Dallas to learn leadership systems and team management
• Support leadership with team organization, appointments, and production goals
• Develop the skills needed to transition into a Team Lead role overseeing team growth and results

What We're Looking For

• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
• Competitive mindset and strong communication skills
• Coachable attitude with leadership potential
• Self-driven and motivated by income growth
• Comfortable working outdoors and talking with homeowners
• Valid driver's license required
• Pickup truck required (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)

Compensation

• Base Pay + Uncapped Commission during training
