Position Summary As a Retail Sales Associate, you will contribute to an environment that nurtures growth and inspires your best work. You will play an integral role in growing our customer base by building lasting relationships and creating a unique experience for each customer. Maintain awareness of store metrics and sales goals, and drive business results. Create a supportive and collaborative work environment. Partner with team members and store leaders to grow sales and clientele. Client Engagement Maintain high level of integrity, initiative, motivation, and self‑direction. Use new technology and all sales avenues to serve customers. Engage customers creatively with products and showcase brand accessibility. Be fully knowledgeable about EF apparel, fabrics, brand messages, and stories. Promote customer loyalty via the EILEEN FISHER Rewards program. Maintain and expand personal client book. Provide exceptional customer service and sales skills in a fast‑paced environment. Operational Excellence Contribute to tasks and projects that keep the store running smoothly. Perform merchandising duties (steaming, folding, displaying) according to visual standards. Maintain a clean and organized space (vacuuming, dusting, floor sweeping). Assist with daily stock checks and restocking the selling floor. Perform open and close sales procedures as needed. Ensure a safe and clean store environment. Perform other related duties and assignments as required. Required Skills & Experience Retail sales experience or service industry background required. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to adapt quickly and respond positively to business needs and strategy changes. Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. at floor level, climb short/tall ladders, twist, bend, and stoop to retrieve items. Education High school diploma or equivalent. Required Experience Retail sales experience or service industry background. Outstanding communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
