Overview Automotive Prep Technician - Maaco Bremerton (Full-Time) Are you a passionate car enthusiast looking for a hands-on role in the automotive industry? Maaco Bremerton is seeking a dedicated Automotive Prep Technician to join our team. If you have a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you! Base pay range $17.00/hr - $22.00/hr Why Join Us Competitive pay based on skill level and ability to keep the production line moving Opportunity for on-the-job training - we’re willing to train the right candidate! Be part of a high-energy, winning team Position Prep Technician Responsibilities Vehicle teardown and reassembly Prepping vehicles for paint Completing small body filler repairs Maintaining high productivity and quality in a fast-paced, high-volume shop Qualifications Dependability - Must be reliable and punctual Positive Attitude - Willingness to learn and work as part of a team Attention to Detail - Quality and precision are key Strong Work Ethic - Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality Basic Bodywork Skills - Experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person Additional Qualifications Must be 18+ years old Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation Having your own tools is a plus (but not required) I-CAR or ASE certifications are a bonus How to Apply Submit your resume and contact information via email or apply in person at Maaco Bremerton.
