Pharmacy Manager

Position Summary Your Pharmacy Manager responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing staff, and engaging in community outreach. This position is based in Walmart Pharmacy and focuses on patient care and community health. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive patient care by processing and dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and participating in other programs in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes and regulations. Ensure effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, proper signing, and inventory levels. Model, enforce, and provide direction and guidance on proper customer service approaches and techniques to ensure customer needs are resolved within company guidelines. Oversee and participate in community outreach programs, encouraging associates to serve as good members of the community. Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations by analyzing reports, implementing loss prevention and safety controls, and overseeing safety and quality assurance reviews. Competence in analyzing financial data to make informed business decisions. Capability to manage a pharmacy, including overseeing staff and operations. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP). Pharmacy license (by job entry date). Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored). Preferred Qualifications U.S. pharmacy related experience. Primary Location 115 W WILLOW ST, COLBY, KS 67701-3749, United States of America Benefits & Compensation The annual salary range for this position is $112,000.00 - $197,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Complex Structure based on location and external factors.
