This position will report to the Maintenance Leader at Plant Sanford, located in Debary, FL. This is a developmental role for future growth opportunities within our Power Generation Division Operations Team. Upon determination and timing and under general direction, this individual shall be able to perform reliability engineering responsibilities for the site including, but not limited to, quality program facilitation, equipment condition assessment program, tracking and improving key performance indicators and contractor coordination. Leadership skills desired with the ability to interact with various levels throughout the organization. This position leverages resources both inside and outside the company to achieve desired results. Occasional night and/or weekend work as well as call‑out for emergencies is sometimes required.
