Full Job Description: Are you looking to start a career in healthcare? Join a Brightstar Care PCA class and start earning money in as little as ONE WEEK! Classes are FREE for those who join our team. Start working upon completion of course. Once you are a PCA, you create your own schedule while earning GREAT WAGES doing what you love. Qualified candidates would be responsible for following RN developed plan of care. HIPPA compliance, standard precautions, and creating connections. Must have a valid driver’s license, and CPR certification to be eligible. We are taking applications for enrollment in October. At BrightStar we value each of our employees and care about their wellbeing. Responsibilities:

Providing care as directed by a nursing supervisor, including but not limited to; bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, companionship taking and recording vital signs, and assisting with height and weight measurements, if necessary.
Providing care according to the patient’s plan of care, assistance with daily tasks, including but not limited to; feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, providing transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, using a Hoyer lift, colostomy care, and grocery shopping.
