Top Skills:

1. Overall Audio Visual Experience. Candidate should have experience troubleshooting and preparing AV equipment.

2. 1+ years of experience with video conference support (Zoom, Webex, etc). This includes setting up the video conference in any location, managing the sound, video picture, etc.

3. 1+ years of experience within videography (lighting, sound, microphones)

Description

• Develop appropriate strategies for implementing information technology across a broad range of academic programs and initiatives.
• Track and analyze technology needs by examining faculty/ staff satisfaction levels
• Collaborates with clients to resolve issues related to technology use in teaching, including application assessment, pedagogy, deployment methodologies, integration strategies, etc.
• Consult with other learning technology personnel to develop solutions for academic programs, departments, and similar units.
• Act as a liaison with campus organizations, vendors and committees.
• Plan, organize, and may develop technology for teaching curricula, materials, and programs to meet specific educational needs.
• Evaluate and analyze classroom technology and partners with faculty to provide input for course technology needs.
• Work with faculty to ensure technology needs are current and relevant to teaching methods.
• Provide instruction and guidance to faculty/staff in the most effective use of technology in the classroom/facility

This is a Contract position based out of Ithaca, NY.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
